At US24MART, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 100% return guarantee on blank apparel if you're not happy with the color or size. Returns must be made in accordance with the policy below.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive your returned items.
How to Return an Order
- Initiate a Return
Email us at support@us24mart.com or use the contact information provided with your order. Be sure to include your order number. - Receive Your RMA Label
Within 24 business hours, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label via email. - Send the Item Back
Download and print the RMA label, affix it to your return package, and send the item back to us. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund within 24–48 business hours.
Return Terms & Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been washed, printed, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Blank apparel qualifies for free returns, and no restocking fee applies (conditions may apply).
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on select non-blank items.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments or used items, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Custom graphic items (for all genders) are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Simply return the original item following the process above.
- Once the return is received, we will ship out the exchange item.
- Shipping charges for the new item will be billed to your original order or can be paid through another method.
